Classic Varieties

The Laurentii Snake Plant is one of the most widely recognized varieties, featuring tall, upright leaves edged in pale yellow against a deep green center. Snake Plant Laurentii and Snake Plant 'Zeylanica' are both available in our standard collection in multiple pot sizes, offering that same dependable, easy-care reputation in slightly different leaf patterns. Snake Plant 'Zeylanica' shows a more subtly striped pattern across its leaves compared to the bolder yellow edging of Laurentii.

Color & Texture Variations

For something visually distinct from the classic green-and-yellow look, Snake Plant 'Silver Blue' brings a cooler, blue-gray tone to the foliage, while Snake Plant Moonshine offers solid, pale silvery-green leaves without the typical striping pattern at all — a more minimalist take on the genus. Growing Conditions

Most Snake Plant varieties prefer indirect light but tolerate a fairly wide range of indoor light conditions, from bright rooms down to dimmer interior spaces. Allowing the soil to dry out fully between waterings is generally the right approach, since overwatering is a far greater risk to Snake Plant health than underwatering.
