Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
Damaged or Defective Plants
We guarantee that plants will arrive in healthy condition when shipped under appropriate conditions.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To submit a claim, please provide:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the plant, packaging, and shipping label
Claims submitted without photographs may be denied.
Approved Claims
Upon review and approval, RoomForPlants may provide one of the following remedies:
• Replacement plant
• Store credit
• Refund for the affected item(s)
The resolution provided will depend on the circumstances of the claim and product availability.
For orders containing multiple items, compensation will be limited to the affected item(s). Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the entire order is determined to be damaged upon arrival.
Weather-Related Damage
Claims resulting from cold, heat, or other weather-related damage may not be eligible for replacement or refund if recommended weather protection was not selected when required.
Carrier Delays
RoomForPlants is not responsible for delays, delivery exceptions, lost-in-transit packages, or other shipping issues caused by third-party carriers. While we will assist customers whenever possible, such events are outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed.
While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or fulfillment.
