At RoomForPlants, we take great care to ensure your plants arrive healthy and ready to enjoy.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. territories.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Carrier selection may vary depending on the product and destination.

Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment, although delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and carrier performance.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Weather Protection

Live plants are sensitive to extreme temperatures. During colder months, additional weather protection may be required for shipments traveling to areas experiencing low temperatures.

Orders shipped without recommended weather protection may not be eligible for replacement or refund if weather-related damage occurs.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address are not eligible for replacement or refund. Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Plant Appearance

Plants are living products and naturally vary in size, shape, fullness, color, and stage of growth. The plant you receive may differ slightly from product photos.

Minor cosmetic imperfections, natural blemishes, and normal variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacement or refund.
